Schedule your #MeTime and distractions too

You are busy in making routines for your NEET or JEE Exam preparation, you are busy in scheduling your time to give hours to particular subjects, you promise yourself I will stick to my plan, I will maintain my routine but suddenly the phone vibrates and you start looking to the messages. Again then you take your book, in between you feel like listening to music, but you stop yourself, you wish to call your friend but you stop yourself that time.

This happens to you. Right? We aren’t asking you to stop this, but these distractions should be given time too. Your hobby, your friends who makes you happy, everything should have their own time.

Do not lose your #MeTime to spend.

You might have heard every time to plan your routine beforehand, this routine is never circled in the sphere of subjects, it even includes your refreshment time, your happy hours, and your social circle too. Sometime taking a break is good for mental wellness. If you are giving your 4 continuous hours to study, the next half an hour can be dedicated to your distracting tidbits.

It seems crazy that in a world where we have modern appliances that can wash and dry clothes, press trousers, and heat up pre-packaged food, we're desperately craving some much needed #MeTime. So whatever you do, whatever you are preparing for, you need to have your own quality time to spend with you.

Meet your friend who holds a routine of waking up at 7 am, getting Freshen up and have breakfast till 8:30 am, go to study for next 4 hours. The time to his Distractions is 12:30- 1:30 pm in which he talks to his friends listen to music for few minutes. In the next two hours, he finds his time to have lunch and sleep. At 3:30 pm, the me time, to hear himself, give him a peace for an hour. 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm is again the time he took for his studies. The dinner and family time falls under 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm. The revision to all the daily chapters he studied in those 8 hours comes under 9:30 pm – 12:00 am. The next 7 hours sleep is all that ends up making a fresh day start from 7 am.

The friend of yours is in a happy mood, peaceful and with balancing studies together with his social circle and own time too. Even this routine can be yours too.

Your routine should be balanced with some time to let your distractions disturb you for minutes and then, keep your other stuffs aside and start with studies whatever you prepare  NEET Exam or JEE  Exam. Life should not stop during NEET or JEE preparation time, but life should be well maintained balancing sheet to keep each of your hobbies, interests alive.

Goal Institute wishes you a good luck on your last months of preparation time. Gear up with your revision and test modules because at the end there are going to help you a lot.
